From the beginning we were welcomed very warmly by reception. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. There was a lift which is great when travelling with children as there are many things to bring up. The room was super spacious, a rare luxury, especially great for families. The bed was big and comfortable, with ample pillows and soft sheets. A nice partition separated the bed from the desk/cupboard area, which is nice to get ready and not disturb anyone sleeping. The bathroom is very clean with all the toiletries you need. Definitely worth staying at again.

Hazlin

The rooms were very clean. The hotel is located closer to all the iconic places in Ipoh. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our bags in the hotel on the day we checked out. When we were at the railway station the hotel called us and informed us. And they were even willing to ship by themselves, to where ever were going.But we decided to go back and get it. The lady kept our bag safe secured. They were very good people. I will definitely stay there again if I visit IPOH.

This room is spacious, clean with pleasant smell. This family room has 2 air conditioner and 2 TV and a divider to separate the room into 2 parts. The staffs are friendly and helpful. A lots of restaurant and shops around. It is very convenient. Overall, it's quite good. satisfied.

Over than my expectation. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly, the room & toilet was considered clean, tidy & big .Convenient & worth it for money. I love the partition make it different compared to other budget hotel in town and look nicer for family suite
